      Altitude slider functions in IE at Windy website.
      Altitude slider functions in Chrome at API

      Altitude slider does NOT function at IE at API.

      Is this according to specification or a bug?

            Can you let me know the version of the IE?
            By the way, I am talking about Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Edge.

            My environment:
            IE11, ver 11.765.17134.0
            Updates: 11.0.125(KB4498206)
