When in Copernicus ... "about these data" button.
If I try to scroll down ... window disappears ! magic?

it happens if the popup window is bigger than a certain size
(not only in Copernicus data). -
Tested and confirmed - if you click the scroll bar to go down the window disappears.

If you scroll down with a touchpad gesture, the window doesn't disappear

If you click in the window first, and after try to scroll with keyboard arrow keys, the window doesn't disappear
So it's definitely related to the scroll bar itself per @Gkikas-LGPZ 's screenshot.
