Arrow keyboard keys step through some animations but not others

The right arrow keyboard key works to step through time on
https://www.windy.com/-Rain-thunder-rain but not on
https://www.windy.com/-Radar-lightning-radar
Yes, even though their time scales are vastly different. -
This appears to be correct. Perhaps this can be changed so that the UI is the same in all screens?
