You can’t do that with DaVinci Resolve software.<br />

Da Vinci Resolve can change the colours of a screenshot or a video capture from Windy UI, but surely not the setting of the colours of Windy layers.<br />
Da Vinci Resolve enables colour correction and graphic effects when post processing film/video.</p>

Water and land colours are exactly the same and there no possibility to change the base map colours.<br />
For most of layers (Wind, Temperature, ...)  this is the best way to show the same layer colours above land and above water.<br />
If you change the land colour for example you get this kind of image, and you alter colours on land.</p>
