Newbury, Berkshire, UK temperature sensor reads - 1deg c constantly. Its current 18deg C on all surrounding sensors

In Newbury, I see only one weather station showing 18°C same as surrounding weather stations. If you click on it, you’ll note that it’s a MADIS weather station, i.e. a personal weather station PWS.
Did your post refer to another weather station?
