Issues with pinch to zoom and map scrolling (iOS)

I’m getting an issue in app version 19.1802 on iOS13.0 (17A5534f)
Initially Pinch to Zoom and Scrolling the map work as expected but after selecting a location with a tap or altering the graphical elements at the bottom of the page I find that P2Z stops working and scrolling has a sort of elastic zoom in (and sometimes (inconsistently!) out) effect.
Restarting the app I get the same - initial compliance followed by the odd behaviour again.
Maybe a result of beta version of iOS? I noted that the website p2z and scroll works as expected in safari on this device
Love this app for flying weather picture building; it’s awesome - thanks for building it!

Same issue here, also with iOS 13.0...
