You can use CAPE index as an instability indicator.
        https://www.windy.com/-Show-add-more-layers/overlays?cape,39.504,-3.560,5

Windy also provides sounding forecast for any location.
        https://community.windy.com/topic/6998/windy-offers-sounding-forecast
Sounding is a thermodynamic diagram that can be used as a "tool"
to calculate quantities such as air stability.

Also take a look at some plugins like

        and

... another good indicator for unstable air
is the presence of convective rain

            Thank you for the answers

It is good also to add a front indicator (cold front and warm front, etc) and lifted index.
            It is a sugestion.

            Thank you all

Hello! How do I interpret this sounding diagram? What lines are those thin straight gray and what lines are the red and blue variables? What is tcl, ccl and tcon? How do I know from a diagram whether or not clouds will be formed or constant rain or heavy showers? I am new to this. Thank you.

You don't need to use sounding diagram for cloud, rain, showers or thunderstorm forecast.
                  Those layers are already available.
