Can we get ECMWF data that is currently being used by Windy through Windy?
How do I get it if I can?
ex) API, Plugin , XML ...

Or do I have to get it directly from the ECMWF?

Windy only visualizes ECMWF data.
Licences don't allow to share raw data.

Contact ECMWF directly to buy their weather data.
