      From what I can tell, there appears to be fairly favorable conditions ahead for 96L, so why does the Euro have it pulling a Houdini on us, while GFS, Navy, CMC, etc. all show some sort of cyclone developing? Can somebody elaborate on the conditions that might hinder 96L from developing at all before it reaches the eastern Caribbean?         The NHC issued invest 96L advisory on Aug 1st. But it never became a tropical depression. It seems you are 2 weeks late.
        Or should your message be read in the past?
