Playback with fixed hour

Would be great if it was possible to playback the temperature or other weather information with a fixed hour. E.g. Fix the time as 12:00 and have a playback with temperature data through days showing only the data for 12:00. That would show how the temperature is changing through the days with a fixed reference point for comparison without the day/night temperature variations.

@fabriciolb I think this is a great idea. e.g. I want an overview playback in 4hr steps not 1hr.
Optional increase the playback speed, auto reduce the granularity.
