Feature request: Alert for upper winds

Hi,

For paragliding in many mountainous areas, desirable conditions are determined by the upper wind forecast (e.g., 700mb).

I think you have a very well designed alerts system for surface winds - it would be great to extend this to upper winds! Our community would use this feature every day.
