IOS app: Add Hurricane Tracker as a layer

Please add the hurricane tracker, currently hiding in Menu, as a selectable layer. As the cloud layer can select between high/middle/low clouds, the hurricane tracker will have a switch to select between Atlantic and Pacific hurricanes.

@sttuhs Hi, thank you for your message. We do not have hurricane tracker on our phone App. The hurricane tracker is available on the desktop version and in the iOS app when running on an iPad.
