what is wind accumulation

Turned on reported wind, but cannot turn it off
Looks awful when running forecast!

Wind accumulation shows the areas of the map where the strongest gusts are forecasted over the next 10 days. So it gives the forecasted track of strong but concentrated storms like tropical hurricanes.

To turn off Reported wind click on the cross (empty map) .
