When I enter B.H. Position in the IPad App (42.14.548,-49.18444.) Result shown in the map is N14.32.52,W49.10.48

Here are the coordinate formats which are supported by Windy

It seems you use a mix of DD and DMM
(42.14.548,-49.18444.)
