Open the rain radar as default

I would like to get the app open in the rain radar when I open it as is more valuable for me than just the wind

@nck-0 hi, thank you for your message, but the application is automatically open in wind layer. The reason is that we want to keep the app as fast as possible. And the wind layer is catched in our service. Best regards, Barbora
