Vero Beach FL winds over the coming weekend seem low

If I'm reading the graphics right, Vero seems to be in for very light winds Sunday/Monday. This is the time frame for Hurricane Dorian to come ashore at or near Vero. The NWS shows Monday morning with 36G55 (mph) and by 3 pm 100G150. Windy shows winds remaining about 20G40 (mph). I hope your forecast is correct but why the big difference?
