Windy and iOS 10.3

Windy works great on the Mac. I can of course download the app on my iPhone (5 SE) and iPad mini (2nd generation). Both devices work on iOS 10.3.1, but if I want to start the app, it immediately jumps back to the background. If you press the home button twice, I see Windy still active, I can get it to the foreground, but the app won't start. Unfortunately.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is this a bug?

It is known bug with old iOS.

Use windy.com on safari for a while when bug will be fixed or update iOS.

Hi, iOS 10 should be working now. Delete the app and install it again. Sorry about the problems
