      As the category 5 hurricane Dorian heads for the US, the NOAA's hurricane hunter crew gets busy with the flights into the eye of the hurricane. Below, you can check out somewhat scary images NWS/NOAA/Air Force Hurricane Hunter recently shared on its social media channels.

      Here's a look at what scientists call the "stadium effect" inside the eye of Dorian from NOAA scientists. This happens at times in very strong hurricanes.
