Get report from the last 12-24 months on a specific locatio

hello,
I would like to get a report to see the average winds speeds on a specific location so that I can decide if a wind turbine would make sense. I've read that the minimum average speed should be 4 m/s and the optimum one 14 m/s

can you pls help?

Unfortunately Windy is unable to provide any historical data.
