<![CDATA[update wind and wind gust data or provide a new tool]]>Hi it would be nice to see approximate actual wind speeds on hurricanes after it is confirmed what those speeds are. I believe Windy just uses the models projected windspeed. thats fine and all for an idea of the strength, but it would be better to add a tool that recalculates this data with a positive/negative modifier that gets us closer to reality after jets have flown into it. Thanks

Windy displays the various Model's projected wind speeds as Forecast data.

Windy also already displays the Actual reported wind speeds on the Hurricane Tracker.
