No unfortunately only the wind when you select Reported wind, and air temperature with Reported temperature.

Is there a way to display the buoy wave/swell information?

Hi,
NDBC buoy data are available on Windy. You need to select Reported wind to see the stations at sea.

However these weather buoys are labelled (ship) in Windy. You can compare their identification number with those in NDBC data base in your area.
Some are really ships.
