Widget not loading

Hello.
I am experiencing the following bug. I use a widget, as seen in the screenshot below, but every time I restart the phone the widget does not load. As you can see, there is just a black window loading endlessly.
Nothing happens if I touch any part of the window, just the loading circle in the top right circles endlessly. To solve it I have to trash the widget and add it again.It's a bit annoying.

However, for the benefit of everyone, I can write my phone specs also here.
I have a Xiaomi Mi A2 lite. It is an AndroidOne phone, so pure Andorid 9 with the latest security updates.

@BarboraSamkova unfortunately the problem comes again and again and the only solution is to remove the widget from the screen and put on again. that's a pity!

@Ondřej-Šutera I have checked all the poins, and my config is OK no restrictions on notifications, locations, data, and battery usages. My celphone android version is the Last one for A54, and i have no windy update available on thz playstore

@o1ivier And what exactly do you see? Black screen on widget and "Widget cannot be loaded" or anything similar?

@Ondřej-Šutera Black screen on widget and on notifications "updating widget" and thats all. I tried to remove widget an recreat Widget with no success...!!! I attatch a screenshot :

I tried to remove ans reinstall windy. Widgets are working juste after the install but after 12 hours, th pb come Black.... -
@o1ivier after sevrals tests it seams to be a pb on localization services on android 13. If I fix widget with meteo at one of my favorites, it works with no pb.
