Radar data from Estonia periodically off-scale

I live in southern Finland, and the radar data are periodically disturbed by the data from Estonia, which saturate the scale, as shown in the picture below.

As the dutch radar image is also being overlapped by multiple other radar sources, the image isn't always that clear.
