It has been doing over 35ºC in the afternoons but the Windy points 21ºC. The difference is brutal

If you want, you can customize the colors by going to settings (Opções) and then clicking on Customize Color Scale (Personalizar a escala de cores) on the bottom of the panel.

Acredito que estão seguindo essa agenda errada do aquecimento global, estão errados, considera-se em laranja ou vermelho as temperaturas acima de trinta e três graus

In addition, your town is a big one with probably the « urban heat island » effect.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urban_heat_island
Global models like ECMWF and GFS are not really able to take this effect into account. But this effect is generally few degree more than countryside.
In Saõ Paulo there are 4 weather stations that you can see on Windy by selecting Reported temperature in right low corner.
Then when you click on a station you get a comparison of reported temperature and forecasted temperature:
You see that forecasted temperatures (dashed line) matches well enough with the observed temperatures (pink curve). You can check these 4 weather stations.

As you can see the GFS forecast model is more accurate in Brazil.
