Strange weather radar over Lithuania and Latvia

Hello everybody.
From few days over Lithuania and Latvia weather radar shows strange storm front.
Is this a bug?![

For the last few months I’ve noticed that there is again an issue with the weather data from the radar near Riga, Latvia. The data seems to be amplified compared to the rest of the region. See the attached screenshot.

@tadzik1977 I've also experienced this. The same weird radar echo appeared in the Bohai Sea, China.
