      Hello,

I am planning a research project that requires time series of wind direction and speed in Baltimore. I gather from other threads that Windy does not maintain historical data so it is not possible to download such data in .csv or .xls files. I am wondering, however, if one could use the API to pull such wind direction and speed in real time (as it appears on the Windy website) and log it myself (or really, have a script log it). I am not familiar with the API and am curious if this sounds viable to you.

      With gratitude,
      Tyler

Thank you, @siim. I see one can pull data from certain weather stations. I am wondering whether it is possible to pull the predicted value for a given pair of coordinates when there is not a weather station at that place. I see these visualized on the Windy map and wonder if the underlying numbers are available.
