Zip codes as a layer?

Hey all,
I'm curious if there's a way to view Zip codes that are impacted by a weather event? For example, I'd like to zoom in on an area with high winds or a weather warning and see the Zip codes of that region. Is this something that's doable with vanilla Windy.com or would I need an add-on?
