Premium pricing no response

Hello -
Previously I had an email conversation with one of Windy's staff regarding getting the premium API key. A couple weeks ago the person stopped responding.
I sent another request using https://api4.windy.com/#pricing about two weeks ago, and still have not heard back from Windy, is this feature still available? I am looking to have the NAM rain layer from my application.

I hope Milo remembers my E-mail. I did it with another e-mail than I am registered -
This happened to me to, milo started ghosting, not what youd expect when your trying to pay for something so there must be another reason, we suspect what this reason might be, and now with the free api getting taken away its leaving a lot of people high and dry when you have no confidence in the sales department of windy

I did receive a test API key from Milo about a month ago, but have had no response to my emails since then. This is very frustrating. Does anyone know of another person I could contact?

I'm concerned as we're coming up on this Jan 1 date:
"Since we decided to change our business strategy to focus on B2B opportunities, we regret to inform you that the free Windy API service will be discontinued, effective as of January 1, 2020."
Can someone at Windy please perk up.

Hi everyone. A message for those of you who have been using our Free API: if you would like to switch to API Pro, don't worry, we will not be discontinuing the free version until your transition to API Pro is finalized. Thank you for your patience.

Good morning @Mila-Tlamicha thanks for the reassurance, if it is possible to have an official feedback to the requests sent by tech@migrazioni.it, apart from the official request to switch to Premium what is technically required to do from 1 January ? Thanks in advance
