A steel tied-arch bridge in Nanfangao, a fishing port on the Pacific Coast of Yilan, Taiwan, collapsed into a busy port on Tuesday morning, hours after being hit by Typhoon Mitag, injuring at least 20 people. Taiwanese Interior Minister Hsu Kuo-yung said that five people may have been on the bridge at the time of the collapse.

As you can see in the video below, the semi-truck on the right side of the bridge was driving along and not making it to solid ground. Terrifying...

According to Reuters, the bridge collapsed at 9:30 a.m. local time after an oil tanker crossed it, long after the worst of Typhoon Mitag was gone.
