      I am missing the forecast of weather radar( best will be HD-Version). Tha is one of the best items to show if you are getting wet or not.

        A weather radar is an instrument which allows to observe precipitation (rain...). A weather radar cannot forecast the weather. Or it is just an abusive term for some high resolution weather models used for now-casting and for providing radar-like images.
