I just tried cycling the mute switch back on then back off again, and the sound started! When my phone goes to sleep and I unlock it again, I have to toggle the mute yet again to get the sound again.</p>

However, even with the mute button turned off, and the volume on my iPhone turned full up, I don't hear any sounds - only the haptic feedback. Any idea why?</p>
