Stuck in Celsius

Okay, I've gone to settings, all my U.S. measurements are being saved, but the temperature insists on displaying C°, even though I can see it's set to F°. When I try to scroll down on 'settings' to click save, there is no save button, just some pale gray text that says "your settings are saved in the cloud." Nice, but no they're not. I've logged out and back in again, same thing. Samsung S9 phone. Help?
