Hello @alanduckers We are definitely thinking about this implementation, but I am not able to define any timeline now.
Many thanks for that it would be a great addition,
cheers,
Alan

There is coded version of the Bracknell frontal analysis in WMO FM45 IC45 code which covers Europe and the North Alantic and which is updated every 6 hours.

Not sure its possible to add it to your charts though but it may be worth taking a look,
thanks,
Alan
@korina Hi Korina,
This is what I am seeing for updates for most of the UK radar except the far SE between 11.40 TO 12.40 BST on the time slider.
1st update 11.53
2nd update 12.08
No further update until the time slider end time 12.40
Granted the far SE of the UK is updating faster towards the 5 mins but I would guess that is the HD European radar at its furthest western limit.
The rest of the UK is certainly not updating at 5 mins ( see above)
Thank you
Hi,
are there any plans to combine the radar and satellite data in the future,
Cheers,
Alan
@Suty said in UK Met Office global model:
@alanduckers Hi, at this moment, we are working on implementation of certain local models and it is not planned now to add this one.
Ok thank you hopefully if you could add it the future that would be great,
Cheers,
Alan
Is it possible to add the UK Met Office global model to your list of models out to T+168.
This would add a comparison with the longer term GFS and ECWMF model runs and would supplerment the short term higher resolution Met Office UKV,
thank you,
Alan

switch to open-data is done
Many thanks for that,
kind regards,

@Filip_K said in Shannon radar:
Hi @alanduckers, we're currently using images from met.ie as source of our radar data. That is the reason why it is cut off from the south. Last time I checked (a month or two ago), the Shannon radar was not available from met.ie open-data platform.
It looks like it is available now so we might switch to it so we get rid of the ugly missing data. Thank you for letting us know.
Many thanks for that,
kind regards,
Alan
As Shannon radar in Ireland is now fully operational I am just checking that you are fully receiving all the data from that site,
Cheers,
Alan
