I noticed it has been reported for a while and it really is something all sailors (the people who actually use the currents) rely on. also I noticed your current model could use some upgrading. https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/hfradar/ has Hi-Res surface currents from coastal radar as well as all the noaa current stations would be really good to integrate along with NESDIS for lower res offshore that you are using as a source. thanks!

Hi I seems Like The direction of the current is 180° wrong. With the wind it is always where the wind is coming from. Whereas with current it’s always where are the current is taking you to. Can you please take a look and see if this report is right. Thank you for all of your efforts!
