      @Filip_K
      Thank you for replying. I'm from Japan, so I'm glad that JMA's model will be expected to be adopted.

      @Filip_K All models are usefil, but GSM and MSM is popular in Japanese weather company, and LFM is rarely used.

    • Addition of JMA global model and so on

      Thank you for adding JMA's local model (MSM) to Windy, making it even more convenient. In addition to MSM, the global model GSM is also often used in Japan. Is it possible to add GSM as well?

      Also, a global model with good accuracy is the UKMO model. It seems that the introduction of this has been discussed frequently for some time, but what is the current status?

    • RE: Which weather model for Japan should we add next?

      @Caefix Thank you for adding MSM. Since MSM has a short forecast time of up to 78 hours, I would appreciate it if you could also add GSM to see forecasts further into the future.

      @anthony10 It would be more useful if we could compare the ECMWF IFS with the AIFS.

      @idefix37 ECMWF indicates that the UKMO model is the second most accurate model in the world, alongside DWD.

      Re: Which weather model for Japan should we add next?

      I would like to compare JMA-GSM with ECMWF, GFS and JMA-MSM. Do you have any plans to this?

    • Adding models to the Hurricane Tracker

      I am looking at the predictions for each model of Hurricane Shanshan, but would it be possible to add the GFS, ICON, CMC, and NAVGEM models?
