I would like to cancel and request a refund for the "Windy Premium 1-Year" subscription that I purchased on April 12, 2026. Transaction ID: txn_01kp0f6kj4280hb9c7hh0dd08j (Picture_02)
The details are as follows:
On April 17, 2025, I subscribed to "Windy Premium Annual Subscription."
On April 12, 2026, the app notified me that my Premium subscription was about to expire, so I quickly renewed it. However, I accidentally selected the wrong plan ("Windy Premium 1-Year").
On April 18, 2026, my "Windy Premium Annual Subscription" expired, but I did not have Premium access. Therefore, I subscribed again to the "Windy Premium Annual Subscription."

As a result, there are now two transactions: one for the "Windy Premium 1-Year" purchased on April 12, 2026, and another for the "Windy Premium Annual Subscription" purchased on April 18, 2026. As shown in the attached picture (Picture_01), my current subscription is the annual plan from April 18, 2026, not the 1-year plan from April 12, 2026.
Therefore, I would like to ask if it would be possible to refund the "Windy Premium 1-Year" subscription.
