So it's not a premium thing but something block China user from getting report even accessed from vpn on mobile phone (desktop or laptop still can access under vpn environment). This is a big bummer for someone like me used to get surfing report based on windy in 3 years. Hope staff can fix this soon. Good luck

@Ondřej-Šutera Yep, it will pop up u are seemingly offline... if without vpn connected, while on my Android it can't whether connected or not.
