On the laptop, I can click on a color to see what precipitation type it means, but on mobile, tapping on the area just pops up temperature in a random area near the top of the screen. So, not only does it not show you what preciptation type is hitting the area you want to know about, but it also avoids the area you tapped and tells you the temperature of a random place.
I really like the tool, so I hope it can be fixed. My mom heard something about freezing rain in my city tomorrow, but due to my city's varied climate and because the tool isn't working and my laptop is currently under renovation, I don't know if it will hit my part of the city. I don't want to use anything else besides Windy to check on weather, so I hope it will get resolved soon.

Phone vibrates with weather radar thunderstorms
Not sure if it's a feature or a bug, but when I zoomed out to see most of the United States in the paused weather radar mode, my phone buzzed a ton of times on loop like a clucking chicken that just laid an egg. I couldn't find a feature that could disable that. Got me a bit startled until I saw what caused it. Claimer: I haven't lived with a chicken for over ten years.
