I live in Belgium which is known for it's harder to predict weather, which results in metereologic expertise built up though years.
Hence the guidance by the Belgian metereolgist David Dehenauw of the succesful balloon trips around the world in 2002 (Steve Fosset) and 2016 (Fedor Konyukhov).
I don't have that expertise myself, neither can I rely on David Dehenauw, but I do have Windy as metereologic swiss knife, most handy as a photographer in the first place. Windy rocks, and so does every layer ! The newest design is more than cool and even gives me even faster access to the information I am after. Love it, and hence I still propagate it in (but not limited to) Belgium! The days that I used another weather app are way behind me!
