I've been using windy for a few months now, mostly to plan alpine climbs & backcountry skiing. Overall, its been the best weather app I've used. The best feature is the ability to compare forecasts to understand what can happen. A few thoughts on improvements that would make it even more useful:

• Easy forecast for current location - 'my location' doesn't show up when I search, or as the default location when I click on an ios widget to open the app.
• Customize forecast comparison/forecast table at the bottom - It would be awesome to see freezing level, cloud cover, etc... as right now to see those data points you have to (at least I think) iterate through the visual player. Or maybe have a gsheet plugin where we could build a live pivot table?
• Customize accumulated rain and snowfall timespan - i.e. allow entry of a start and end datetime to see accumulations. Its also not clear when the x day forecast accumulation starts and ends.
• Hobbyist api license - no support, limited calls - maybe include in premium 20 api calls per day? I'd love to build a dashboard/summary for a few of my go to areas

Many of the parameters are really hard to use/virtually worthless - i.e. freezing levels, as you have to step through the animation and try and remember what the changes are. It would be really useful to be able to add custom data points to the forecast grid at the bottom of the screen to see things like cloud cover pct, freezing levels, etc....

Or at the very least show values for the currently shown layer by hour/3 hour increments.

Is it possible to change the data available in the forecast compare screen? i.e. i'd like to look at freezing altitude.

Hi - I realize I can't get the ECMWF data through the windy api, but does anyone know the endpoint/vendor that windy gets the ECMWF data from or another vendor that provides data from this model? Or if its from ECMWF directly, which data set is pulled into windy?
