New Windy app says I don't have internet connection but I do. Also, how do I get sea/water temperature?

You want contribtutions, but I prefer wathcing on my iPad not my PC.

I can't delete them after tapping on them I've tried tapping, tapping and hill ding, but they don't go away on the map.
