I saw that you need radar data from Portugal, the local Met Institute provides that data, but it's probably really hard to get as they provide it in the form of an image, here: http://www.ipma.pt/en/otempo/obs.radar/

Widget/Basic mode [Request]posted in Your Feedback and Suggestions
You should add a mode, which could be used in an iPhone widget, providing the essentials, max. temperature, min., the overall state of the weather through the day, showing an overview of the week with that info.
