I do it manually via stations.windy.com The stations show up on windy map much later. I have seen 12-48 hours delay) after adding (and start sending data). Then it shows with the data from the time data started to flow to windy (i.e. 24 hours or so). If this normal, then so be it, but before I did see this take just 1-2 hours to pop up on the windy map.
