@gkikas-lgpz Your explanation made sure that there is a problem in values conversation as the airports weather stations always show the value 7 Km/h instead of 6 Km/h, so the weather stations is not the problem.

Hi @Cessna-337, we visualize a weather forecast so it is possible that you see that the clouds in the layers visualizing clouds but nothing in real-time.

Deterministic numerical models provide values (temp, r.h., wind speed, pressure etc)
for a certain time (e.g. wind speed 12kt at 01:00, 17 kt at 02:00 etc).
For rain, the value provided coresponds to the last 3 hrs, prior the given time
(e.g. for Mar 1 / 18:00, 7.2 mm of rain from 15:00 till 18:00)
