As well as the other guy, I too don't get vibrations during lightning strikes on this phone (Android 11, Galaxy G13)

With vibration notifications allowed.

BUT....

It's still working on my older Moto G Play also with Andriod 11

I can't see where I might have disabled it within the app, so I'm thinking it may be my new phones' notifications setup.

I love Windy....and know dozens and dozens of other fans in the paramotor World.

If I had one ask to make for a software update it would be to allow me to choose 'NAM'....or any model....and save it so the app always opens with my choice...until I change it.
