I'm unable to update my payment method to renew my subscription.

When I'm logged in and click on 'subscription', a new tab opens asking me to enter my email address. Once I do, I receive a message (from FastSpring, I believe) saying an email has been sent that will let me update my payment details. However, I never actually receive that email — I've tried many times and have also checked my spam/junk folder.

Could you please either look into why these verification emails aren't reaching me, or let me know an alternative way to update my card details? I'd really appreciate your help.
