The data channel bandwidth is very small (88 kbps - down, 88 kbps - up), so when using Windy, I need to restrict all traffic other than Windy own. To do this, I need the IP address ranges that Windy uses (which is impossible, as yours are dynamic) or the domain masks used by Windy (which is possible).
