I’ve noticed the same behavior, especially when switching between Radar/Satellite and forecast layers. The “Use last overlay” option helps a bit, but it still seems inconsistent depending on how the app is launched. From what I’ve read in other discussions, this has been affecting both Premium and non-Premium users for quite a while.

A proper dedicated “Default Forecast Model” setting would honestly make the experience much smoother, especially for users who rely on ICON, UKV, AROME, or regional models instead of ECMWF.
