@Suty I often check the update time for different models. It is now more work to do so.
The recent interface changes, as others are writing above and below, are a big disappointment.

RE: ADD WEATHER FRONTS(w front and C front )
@jan-heitmann
I would disagree. That's for the tv weatherman. Fronts are only sometimes distinct, more often it is a gradual change of air masses. Where to put the 'line' is somewhat arbitrary.
The wind and temp. maps give a good idea of the changes. -
RE: Dislike the new rain accumulation changes
@David-Polášek: Correct, the rain acc tab has become a drag.
The previous method was easier to use but I see the drag method can offer more information.

RE: Changing the default forecast provider
@Vio-Oprea said in Changing the default forecast provider:
I live in Europe and for me ECMWF is not the best data provider for forecast I can get in Windy. I have always charged from default to another data provider, so I think it would be a good idea to implement a choice for user from default to favorite. When my favorite data provider doesn’t exist for a specific zone of the world then the app can switch automatically to default.
Thank you
I would like to be able to choose my default model. The ECMWF is the least useful of all of them. It is less precise and has the longest update cycle. I always have to immediately click to HRRR or NAM to see what I want to see, and then repeat when I go back and forth from the sat. or radar. to a forecast map. Plus, being the American that I am, I don't trust the Europeans to predict my weather (only joking).

RE: premium
I look at Windy everyday. If I was paying attention it could have saved us some grief. We had a flash flood. After the damage was done I noticed the 'watches and warnings' maps. We were listed in a flash flood warning zone. If I was on the ball we could have moved some things out of the way.

- To the subject of premium...I am considering it but unsure of how much different it would be than the free side. It would be nice if Windy offered something like a 24 hour free trial. It would help me decide.
