The Satellite picture shows how clouds are really viewed from the top of atmosphere.
The Cloud layer is the forecast by a weather model. If you try the 3 weather models available in Windy over Pakistan, you’ll see that they do not forecast exactly the same cloud cover.
Satellite and Cloud layers pictures can’t be the same. Observation and prediction do not totally match sometime.
